Usage of Kapstan products is monitored on a continuous basis. Only customers who consistently utilize the service outside Kapstan’s recommended best practices will be affected by the Kapstan FUP. Should this occur, Kapstan will contact you to resolve the condition considered to be outside of fair use. Outside fair use is currently defined as per the limits detailed below, although Kapstan reserves the right to amend these limits. Fair usage limits of different product functionalities are following:
- 100 workspaces per organization
- 1000 cloud resources per organization
- 1000 applications per organization
- 10000 deployments per month per organization
- 100 seats per organization
If a customer repeatedly exceeds this FUP, Kapstan reserves the right to restrict service or levy charges for excessive usage.
Kapstan understands that customers will have requirements beyond FUP. In those cases, Kapstan requests to be informed with as much notice as possible to ensure that service delivery remains consistently high.
This Fair Usage Policy may be updated from time to time, and the latest version of the document will be made available in this page.
